What is the Green Space Initiative?
The Green Space Initiative is a program to promote awareness and reward drivers of low emission vehicles. The program will provide students, staff, faculty members, and other employes who drive low emission vehicles with free, preferred parking.
How much does it cost to become a sponsor?
The cost to become a sponsor for the Green Space Initiative is $300 per parking space, per year.
Why are sponsors needed?
Sponsors are needed to provide financial support to promote the program, provide the spaces, signage, and to offset parking fees. Sponsors will be acknowledged as part of the Green Space Initiative program. We are hopeful that our sponsors continue to renew their sponsorship annually.
What do you get for being a sponsor?
Sponsors will be advertised through the Green Space Initiative in the website, and promoted to the people who park in the spaces. Depending on the school the sponsors could be put into the school news paper or even advertised on the sign infront of the space. Sponsors are encouraged to spread the Green Space Initiative idea throughout their business advertising as well.
